Day 6 of Racing the SAS! 500nm to go with more exciting racing ahead!

Day 6 of the SAS has Terminal Leave with about 500nm to go to the finish to the east while the fleet has over a 400nm spread from north to south! The fleet will soon converge in the Bay of Biscay and only time will tell which route, the north or the south, paid off the best!

Peter has been pushing the boat hard, squeezing ever ounce of speed out of her as he sails towards the finish line. He has had one to two boats within sight the whole time and that makes for great motivation! The next few days of racing are going to be very exciting!

Keep following along through email updates and social media posts. Next posts will be reporting from Les Sables d’Olonne, preparing for Peter’s arrival at the finish line!
